To mark Respiratory Care Week 2023, Shifa Center of Professional Excellence (SCOPE) is organizing Non Invasive Ventilation Workshop in collaboration with the Department of Neonatology, Department of Pediatric Intensive Care and Department of Respiratory Therapy, Shifa International Hospitals Ltd., Islamabad.
The workshop will be primarily a hands-on experience with the succession of question and answer session.

Learning Objectives:
Towards the end of the session, participants would be able to:
- Understand the indications and basic equipment for CPAP, HFNC and non-invasive ventilation.
- Apply proficiently circuits, masks and prongs for CPAP and HFNC in neonatal and paediatric patients.
- Demonstrate comprehensive nursing care practices for infants on non-invasive ventilation.
- Recognize signs of non-invasive ventilation failure and discern when mechanical ventilation may be necessary.
