Foundations of Project Management

Tania Noreen is a Continuing Education Professional, having an extensive expertise in Continuing Professional Development at Shifa International Hospitals Ltd. She has the privilege to integrate the Training and Learning Arm in Shifa Foundation.

With her expertise in managing multiple projects, program analyzing, planning activities, team leadership, and a keen interest in continuous process improvement, she has revamped the institutional structure of Shifa Center of Professional Excellence (SCOPE).

Academically, her credentials include a Master of Science degree in Project Management from Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology University (SZABIST) and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from University of Peshawar (UoP).

Ms. Noreen’s current responsibilities include leading SCOPE – SF & SIHL’s continuing education and professional training programs, as well as serving as the faculty of Shifa Center of Professional Excellence’s Project Management and Business Management training programs, which feeds her passion for educating.

She is also a member of Competency, Capability and Capacity Building Committee at Society for Academic Continuing Medical Education (SACME).

She is a member of Academy of Medical Educators (AoME), Society for Public Health Education (SOPHE) and Project Management Institute (PMI).

 Ahtsham Javed

Academically, Mr. Javed is a graduate in Bachelors in management Sciences with keen interest in Human Resource Management. He has written multiple case studies and Business plans on management sciences and business communication.

Mr. Javed, ranked in Top 10 groups for inter university Entrepreneur Competition in 2018.

Professionally, he is a certified in Program Coordination and Administration Training (PCAT) from Collage of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP) and American Heart Association (AHA).

Currently he is working as Associate / Training Center Administrator at Shifa Life Support Training Center.

Suleman Aleshah

Academically, he is a graduate in Bachelors in Business Administration and enrolled in Master of Project Management.

Professionally, he has worked for SOFIT Consultancy (Private) Limited where he was assigned with different projects.

Similarly, he had the chance to learn about project report writing, project report analyzing, and communication between all departments & programs and other relevant stakeholders from the Shifa Center of Professional Excellence (SCOPE), as well as managing multiple projects and resulting in synergies and knowledge management.

He worked as internee in Shifa Center of Professional Excellence (SCOPE) and currently working as Associate in Shifa Life Support Training Center.

He is a certified in Program Coordination and Administration Training (PCAT) from Collage of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP) and American Heart Association (AHA).

Ashia Alam

Academically, she has completed her M.Phil. Biotechnology. Currently she is working as Research & Ethics – Associate in Shifa Center of Professional Excellence (SCOPE).

Her responsibilities include administering the Clinical Trials and CE activities being carried out at Shifa International Hospitals Ltd and Shifa Center of Professional Excellence (SCOPE).

She has a hands-on experience in dealing with multiple projects and strong believer in learning and knowledge sharing irrespective of her study fields.
