It was the initiative of Shifa Foundation to collaborate with department of Pharmacy Services of Shifa International Hospitals Ltd. to conduct monthly lectures on the updates in Pharmacy.
The first topic of discussion was “RENAL DOSE MANAGEMENT”
The activity was designed to update clinical knowledge that will help pharmacist and pharmacy students to improve daily practice, enhance patient confidence and improve patient safety.
Lecture was delivered by Ms. Javeria Khalid, Clinical Pharmacist in Transplant Services, Shifa International Hospitals Ltd, Islamabad.
